The ADC drug R&D platform consists of four key parts including large-scale antibody-drug conjugation process, large-scale synthesis process for small molecule cytotoxin and linker, ADC drug characterization and quality control, and in vitro/in vivo models for ADC drug evaluation. The world-class platform can support clinical sample preparation and commercial production.

Animal Research Platform

Our SPF-class animal research platform is incompliance with AAALAC (International Laboratory Animal Evaluation and Certification Association) standard. All animal work comply to 3R principle (Reduction, Replacement, Refinement), and is managed by the IACUC committee (Animal Experiment and Management Committee). Standardized animal research can assist the incubating companies in pharmacology PK/PD and safety studies in compliance with regulatory requirements of both China and US.

Supported by the talented team experienced with drug analytical work in Rongchang Biomedical Park, this platform offers first-class testing services and analytical assay development guidances to help accelerate R&D of novel biologics.

Diagnostic R&D platform

Equipped with a standardized R&D laboratory for immunohistochemical diagnostics and clean rooms for manufacturing, this platform is the first and largest R&D facility for companion diagnostics of ADC drugs in Shandong province. It accelerates R&D and commercialization of diagnostics to meet the development needs of novel biologics. Metabolomics translational capability is also added to this platform to facilitate R&D of point of care test (POCT) devices for early screening and diagnosis of major diseases such as cancer.

With the full support of an experienced team, this platform meets all conditions for pilot-scale process development validation, and provides pilot manufacturing and process development services for preclinical/clinical batches under GMP environment to ensure successful pilot-scale development.

The platform is capable for the design, synthesis, purification and analysis of peptide drugs.
